ABOUT ME

A web developer shaped by curiosity, practice and real business work.

I'm Mohammad Kiaei — a business-oriented web developer who enjoys turning unclear ideas into useful websites, stronger digital experiences and practical growth systems.

LET'S CONNECT

Find me where ideas become conversations.

Whether you want to talk about a project, a collaboration or simply exchange ideas, these are the easiest ways to reach me.

MY STORY

A path from first curiosity to building for businesses.

There was no single switch that made me a developer. It was a sequence of small decisions, real work and a lot of consistent learning.

01

The beginning

Curiosity became a direction

During the pandemic, staying at home and moving education online gave me the space to return to a childhood interest: computers. I started learning programming seriously and began with Small Basic.

02

After the entrance exam

My first startup experience

I joined Linum as an intern working across video editing, graphic design and content production. Over roughly four months, I also learned by asking questions and getting advice from different developers around me.

03

The self-taught path

Choosing frontend development

I left the startup and committed to an intensive, self-directed path into programming and web development while continuing university. The goal became clear: build useful interfaces and understand how the web works from the inside.

04

Ava Oj + DBK

Part-time and project-based work

Because this period overlapped with university, I was able to work part-time and take on project-based collaborations. I spent around two years with the advertising company Ava Oj, working on its website and SEO, and also collaborated with Digital Baste Khoob (DBK) for about six months. These experiences taught me how technical decisions connect to visibility, content and business operations.

05

PeySaban

Building systems for an organisation

After graduating, I joined the construction company PeySaban and stayed for around eight months. I built the organisation’s website from the ground up, then used my understanding of its internal processes to develop services that improved speed, quality and efficiency — including a resume-filtering service for the recruitment process.

06

Vanadium → Royin Web

Building a team and a business

After my work with Avaye Ooj, I started a programming team with a friend. Vanadium focused on custom and WordPress websites; more than four years later, we recently rebranded it as Royin Web. It is our own business, something we care for deeply, and we remain fully committed to moving forward with strength and delivering better, more professional work for our clients.

07

Today

Still learning, still improving

Along the way I have invested in SEO and digital marketing with Dehban Academy and Amin Hashemi, as well as sales, AI, soft skills and other technical disciplines. I keep learning because better work comes from a wider understanding of people, products and business.

CERTIFICATIONS

Always learning, always improving.

Courses and certificates that represent my ongoing investment in web development and professional growth.

BEYOND CODE

The things that keep me curious outside the browser.

Work is a big part of my life, but it is not the whole story. These interests keep me balanced, energized and open to new perspectives.

Basketball

I enjoy playing and following the game.

Games

Mobile and computer games help me reset and explore new worlds.

Mountains

Hiking gives me space to slow down and think clearly.

Reading

I am always collecting ideas from books and long-form writing.

Entrepreneurship

Business, ownership and building useful things genuinely excite me.

YouTube

Browsing YouTube is one of the simple ways I relax, learn and discover new ideas.
